Return Policy

At Searidge Supplies, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Personal care items such as hygiene products

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at mike@paimcorp.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at mike@paimcorp.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Prepaid Labels: For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
